Refund policy

For all purchases made on mayanoils.com there is no return or product exchange except in the extraordinary situation in which MayanOils® mistakenly delivered a product other than the one purchased by the buyer through the mayanoils.com website.

  1. Return procedure

    1. The buyer requests the change of product (II.)

    2. MayanOils® analyzes the changing conditions (III.)

    3. MayanOils® will ship the new product to the same initial delivery address (III. C.)


  1. Change Request

    1. Term: If the buyer wishes to exchange the product for which he initially made his purchase, he can do so within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to his home.

    2. Contact: The buyer must always request a product change via email to contacto@mayanoils.com or by WhatsApp at 33 2300 2738 with the subject "Product change"

    3. Data: The buyer must add in the body of the email or in the WhatsApp message (as the case may be) the following personal and product data:

      • Purchase order number (14 characters)

      • Full name

      • Email address

      • Telephone

* All the data provided by the buyer must be the same as the one registered at the time of purchase.

  1. Information reception: In less than 48 calendar hours, the MayanOils® support team will attend to the case of the buyer's product change and will send the failure of the request through the same means of receiving information (email or WhatsApp):

    • Product change request approved: Within the message you will assign the approximate date and time when the parcel staff will pick up the product to be changed from the buyer at the initial shipping address.

    • Product change request denied: Within the message, the reasons why the product change cannot proceed will be stated.


  1. Product conditions:

    1. MayanOils® will send its parcel staff to the address where the initial product was delivered to the buyer to collect said item. This action has no additional cost.

    2. The buyer who wishes to change the product will deliver the product to the MayanOils® parcel staff and agrees to return the item in the same condition as it was initially delivered:

      • Essential oil: Intact. Without alterations and / or combinations in the content.

      • Container: Completely closed and sealed. No amendments, bumps or breaks in the glass body. No scratches, mending or detachment of the label.

      • Box: No scratches or amendments

Likewise, the buyer agrees to be at the delivery address on the date and time stipulated above. In case of not complying with this guideline, the buyer must cover the additional logistics costs that may arise (the cost of this depends on the shipping method).


  1. MayanOils® evaluates the conditions in which the product to be exchanged was delivered by the buyer and issues the final ruling of the request:

    • Approved product change: 

In case the product is changed

  1. MayanOils® will answer the decision in your favor by the same means of receiving information with the date and time when the changed product will be delivered. 

  2. MayanOils® will ship the new product to the buyer's initial delivery address at no additional cost.

  3. The buyer agrees to be at the place, date and time established by MayanOils®. In case of not complying with this guideline, the buyer must cover the additional logistics costs that may arise (the cost of this depends on the shipping method).

* This process may take 5-20 business days depending on the shipping region.


  • Product change refused: If the product to be changed does not comply with the delivery conditions (II. B.), the item change will not be made. 

    1. MayanOils® will send a message by the same means of receiving information (email or WhatsApp) the reasons why the change can not be made and the different alternatives to return the initial product to the buyer.

    2. The buyer may claim the delivery of said product to the same initial delivery address, or to a new address by replying to the previously denied failure message sent by MayanOils®.

    3. MayanOils® receives the product delivery instructions and sends the logistics cost as well as the approximate date and time of delivery by the same means of communication.

    4. MayanOils® will return the item once the buyer covers the additional logistics costs so that it is returned to the address that the buyer has indicated (the cost of this depends on the shipping method).

    5. The buyer agrees to be at the place, date and time established by MayanOils®. In case of not complying with this guideline, the buyer must cover the additional logistics costs that may arise (the cost of this depends on the shipping method)



Cancellation policy

  1. Cancellation procedure:

    1. The buyer requests cancellation (II. AC.)

    2. MayanOils® analyzes the cancellation conditions (II. D)

    3. MayanOils® makes the refund of the amount (III.)


  1. Cancelation conditions:

    1. Term: If by mistake the buyer makes an erroneous or accidental purchase, he can only cancel said purchase in a period not exceeding 30 minutes after having made it .

    2. Contact: The buyer must always request cancellation via email to contacto@mayanoils.com or by WhatsApp at 33 2300 2738 with the subject "Cancellation"

    3. Data: The buyer must add in the body of the email or in the WhatsApp message (as the case may be) the following personal and product data:

      • Purchase order number (14 characters)

      • Card and bank number 

      • Full name

      • Email address

      • Telephone

* All the data provided by the buyer must be the same as the one registered at the time of purchase.

  1. Information reception: In less than 48 calendar hours, the MayanOils® support team will attend to the case of purchase cancellation and will send the request failure by the same means of receiving information (email or WhatsApp):

    • Cancellation request approved: Upon cancellation, MayanOils® will return the amount to the same bank account where the payment was issued (III).

    • Cancellation request denied: Within the message, the reasons why the purchase cancellation cannot proceed will be stated.


  1. Return:

    1. When canceling, MayanOils® will return 95% of the amount ($ mxn) of your purchase minus $ 6.00 mxn (six pesos 00/100 mn) for deposit fees to the same bank account where the payment was issued.

    2. Once MayanOils® has issued the refund of the amount with the final balance that will be deposited. The buyer will be notified by the same means of receiving information (email or WhatsApp) about said movement. From this moment on, the responsibility of the return and the deposit of the amount to your account belongs to the banking institution to which the buyer's credit, debit or Paypal card is affiliated.

    3. The return time is determined by the banking institution. We recommend that the buyer request all information about the movements from the banking institution to which the buyer's credit, debit or Paypal card is affiliated.
